Q: Are there forms I need to bring to camp?

A: No paper forms are brought to camp. Your waiver, medical, physical and insurance information are included with online registration.

Q: What do I bring to camp in Chapel Hill?

A: See both check lists below. 

All overnight campers must bring the following to check in at the dorm:

  • $125 Refundable check for room key and entry fob deposit, payable to Carolina Lacrosse Camps 
  • Extra long twin bedsheets or sleeping bag
  • Pillow, toiletries, towel, shower shoes

All campers must bring the following:
  • Lacrosse stick, goggles, mouth guard, optional: field gloves
  • Lacrosse cleats and running shoes OR turf shoes for astroturf/field turf fields (no cleats allowed on astroturf)
  • Goalies must bring their own equipment
  • Water bottle
  • Rain jacket
  • Sunscreen
  • Snacks
  • Extra money for camp store - gear, snacks, drinks and pizza (please do not bring large sums of cash)

Q: Where do I check in and what are the directions to UNC?

A: All commuter and overnight campers check in and check out at the dorm below. Commuters will sign in and sign out at the registration desk at the dorm at the beginning of each day and the end of each day.

Elite Camp - June 17-19, 2019
  • Check In: Monday, June 17th, 3-5pm for overnight, 5-6pm for commuters, First session begins at 6:15pm
  • Check Out: Wednesday, June 19th, 12-2pm

Q: What if I can't attend?
A: REFUND POLICY: There is a $200 non-refundable fee if cancellation occurs for any reason. After June 7th & December 1st, no refund will be made unless due to medical or illness. 

For medical refunds: A doctor's note must be provided within 14 days of camp starting date. We will apply the balance of tuition (less the $200 non-refundable fee) towards a future camp. Balances and deposits are transferable to siblings or family members ONLY. There are NO REFUNDS if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of camp start date.

Q: Do you offer unaccompanied minor service? 
A: We DO NOT offer Unaccompanied Minor Service where camper is picked up at the gate upon arrival OR taken through security and gate on departure. Please check with your airline for the policy as you may have to accompany your child.
